olin tatum buildingThe Magnolia Garden Club of Cartersville is holding their Annual Garden and Holiday Market on Friday, November 3, from 9AM until 4PM at Stiles Auditorium. Everyone is invited to come by and browse the great selection of gifts, plants, and baked goods. There is no charge to shop.

This will be a great way to get started with your holiday shopping and find wonderful items and plants for a friend or for yourself.
Some new features have been added to this year’s market. There will be the usual collection of slightly used garden and holiday items, homemade baked goods, teacher gifts. The market will also be selling special gifts for all your gardening friends, Christmas gourds/planters, miscellaneous hybridized potted daylilies in multiple colors, and potted Arborvitae trees around 4 feet tall which will sell for $15.00.
There will be special raffle for a beautiful 4ft tall artificial Christmas tree decorated with handmade angels and woodland themed items. Tickets are $3.00 or 2 for $5.00. It’s ready for the winner to take home or have delivered and place in your home.
Baked goods include cookies, pies, cakes, breads, cinnamon rolls, all baked by club members. These tasty treats are perfect for snacking or freezing for the upcoming holidays.
This annual fundraiser provide funding for the Magnolia Garden Club to sponsor scholarships and beautification projects for community, support for school garden clubs, education projects, and dedication of Blue Star Memorial marker honoring military personnel. The Magnolia Garden Club strongly supports the local community and appreciate your support by joining the club members for a fun shopping experience. This event has become an annual Christmas tradition and you will not want to miss it!
